The information is used to assist us in the preparation of your financial statements and other consulting services, as well as the preparation and filing of other returns as may be required by various governmental and regulatory agencies. Retention and Safeguarding
GL Connect utilizes the latest advancements in cutting edge technology. The company works with cloud-based 3rd party service providers such as Quickbooks, Xero and Google.com. As a result, client data may be stored on a 3rd party server. Customers should be aware that GL Connect cannot control the systems in place at 3rd party service providers and therefore the client assumes the risk of holding their data with any 3rd party provider.
We understand that in the course of our review of your information, we may become party to personal information that you have collected on your employees, customers, and other relations. We assure you that this information will be kept private and confidential and will not be released to any third party other than as may be required by law, unless consent is obtained.

Wherever possible, GL Connect collects personal information directly from the individual, but we may obtain personal information from other sources, such as governmental agencies and financial institutions, or the individual’s employer in the event that GL Connect acts for an individual.
